Escalating Intensity In Sickness

Long-term, effective and enjoyable proper and intensive interval training has achieved visible results within two weeks this has a positive effect on the psyche, and those who with interval training once they start, the longer it stays.

Several examples of interval training

Interval training for four weeks with escalating intensity

3-5 minutes Rozaklis with a gradual increase in intensity at the end of the course

First Week (3-4x a week)

3 intervals of 30 seconds sprint. After each interval of 60 seconds pause and stale.

Second Week (3-4x a week)

3 intervals of 40 seconds sprint. After each interval of 90 seconds pause and stale.

Third Week (3-4x a week)

4 intervals of 40 seconds sprint. After each interval of 80 seconds
Pause and stale.

4th Week (3-4x a week)

4 intervals after 45-50 seconds sprint. After each interval of 90 seconds pause and stale.

The entire workout should take 15 to 20 minutes, including warm and stale.

200 m high intensity, 1 minute low intensity

300 m high intensity, 1 minute low intensity

400 m high intensity, 1 minute low intensity

600 m high intensity, 1 minute low intensity

200 m high intensity
